A mentally deranged individual becomes obsessed with his elderly neighbor, initially feeling affection towards him but eventually developing a strong aversion due to the mans unsettling stare. In a fit of madness, he meticulously plots and carries out a heinous crime against the old man one fateful evening. The following day, two police officers arrive at the deranged mans residence in response to a mysterious shriek reported from the previous night.
