A ferocious alligator named Ramon, abandoned in the city sewer as a hatchling, manages to survive and grow to a staggering 32-foot length, becoming a terror that preys on both animals and humans. Ramons immense size is a result of being fed a continuous diet of deceased pets, injected with growth hormones, over the course of 12 years. Driven by rage, the colossal predator seeks vengeance.
